Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Support Specialist - Third Party Origination.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced customer support to Third Party Originators during the loan creation and disclosure process
• Assist with credential setup for new loan officers and processors, and direct inquiries to appropriate support teams
• Perform pre-submission pipeline clean-up and provide comprehensive sales support functions

Required Qualifications

• Wholesale mortgage lending experience with TPOs, banks, and/or credit unions
• Experience in providing user support services
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly effective customer service skills
