Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Support Representative to provide exceptional support to clients regarding benefits coverage and service experience issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate responses to client inquiries related to benefits coverage and service experience issues
  • Resolve complex and escalated inquiries with empathy and thoroughness
  • Identify trends in client contact reasons and suggest improvements to departmental processes
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer-facing role
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred; a 4-year college degree is a plus
  • Experience in tele-health, tele-therapy, or medical insurance industries is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task in various systems and programs
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and Looker is a plus
