Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Client Support Representative to provide exceptional support to clients regarding benefits coverage and service experience issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate responses to client inquiries related to benefits coverage and service experience issues
- Resolve complex and escalated inquiries with empathy and thoroughness
- Identify trends in client contact reasons and suggest improvements to departmental processes
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer-facing role
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred; a 4-year college degree is a plus
- Experience in tele-health, tele-therapy, or medical insurance industries is a plus
- Ability to multi-task in various systems and programs
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and Looker is a plus
