Job Summary

To enhance training and support within the Client Support organization, the full-time Senior Client Support Specialist will manage department training programs, facilitate learning initiatives, and provide subject matter expertise to ensure high-quality service delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain department training programs, including onboarding for new hires
  • Coordinate feedback surveys to assess training effectiveness and identify improvement areas
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify training gaps and update curricula as necessary
Required qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in call center and healthcare production
  • 2 years of experience in Client Support as a Client Support Representative II or III
  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong skills in tracking and analyzing data to inform decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and implement improvements
