Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external clients, providing day-to-day support and retention strategies
  • Deliver comprehensive consultation and support to clients, including analyzing data and industry trends to make recommendations
  • Manage communication, relationship building, and project tracking with clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in the travel industry in an operational or client management role
  • Strong understanding of business travel processes and mid-office products
  • Proficient in designated GDS (Worldspan/Sabre/APOLLO) and experience with Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think analytically and identify trends within data sets
