Senior Climate Action Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the operational backbone of the Climate Action Team, the full-time Senior Climate Action Analyst will manage procurement workflows, oversee ESG assurance processes, and ensure data integrity for climate programs in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement workflows for Carbon Credits, Renewable Energy, and CDR programs, managing significant annual spend and multiple procurement requests
• Lead the annual ESG Assurance process, coordinating with external auditors and internal stakeholders
• Manage Carbon Credit allocation and inventory reconciliation within Salesforce's Net Zero Cloud

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, program management, procurement, or a related field, preferably in sustainability or corporate ESG
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder workflows with high accuracy
• Proficiency with procurement systems and financial tracking mechanisms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting executive-level updates
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage competing deadlines across multiple programs
