Key Responsibilities

Design and implement complex analytics/reporting solutions for clinical and strategic business needs
Develop and maintain automated processes for report generation and user consumption
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality control for clinical analytics products

Required Qualifications

3+ years of analytics experience in the healthcare industry
3+ years of experience in analytics model development and report troubleshooting
2+ years of advanced SQL coding and procedure development
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
Experience working with pharmacy data is preferred
