Senior Clinical Communications Engineer

Job Summary

Focusing on the design and modernization of enterprise communication platforms, the full-time Senior Clinical Communications Engineer will ensure the reliability and integration of systems that support patient care, working remotely within a collaborative engineering and clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, operate, and modernize communication platforms to enhance caregiver communication and clinical workflows
• Ensure the resilience and availability of systems, partnering with engineering, operations, and clinical teams to drive improvements
• Utilize data and metrics to inform decision-making and prioritize service architecture requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent education/experience
• 5-8 years of related experience in network engineering and automation
• Experience with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling
• Proven ability to influence software engineering teams and translate requirements into service architecture
• Strong background in problem-solving using systematic procedures and root cause analysis
