Job Summary

To enhance patient care through advanced communication systems, the full-time Senior Clinical Communications Engineer will design, operate, and modernize enterprise communication platforms in a remote setting, ensuring reliability and integration across clinical workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise communication systems that support caregiver communication and clinical workflows
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and clinical teams to drive modernization and improve service reliability
• Ensure resilience and high availability of communication platforms through systematic analysis and modeling

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of related experience in network engineering and automation
• Experience with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling
• Ability to influence software engineering teams in service architecture design
• Proficient in utilizing data and metrics for decision-making and problem-solving
