Senior Clinical Consultant, Pharmacy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Consultant, Pharmacy to provide consultative, clinically grounded guidance to payer clients in the drug management market.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with payer clients to design and refine drug management strategies, providing evidence-based recommendations
• Assess and benchmark clinical programs of PBM and other vendors to inform optimization opportunities
• Leverage data to evaluate program performance and translate findings into targeted clinical strategies

Required Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (RPh or PharmD) required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in health plan/payer, PBM, or consulting with a focus on drug management strategy
• 5+ years of client-facing experience with a proven ability to influence stakeholders
• Expertise in specialty drug management and medical benefit specialty drug experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting medical and pharmacy claims
