Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks
• Develop complex SQL queries and analyze healthcare data to provide insights for decision-making
• Create reports and dashboards to visualize patient populations and healthcare utilization patterns

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Healthcare, or related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with large healthcare datasets
• Hands-on experience with medical and pharmacy claims data analysis
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards and coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, DRG)
• Ability to validate data quality and perform member-level longitudinal analyses
