Job Summary
Overseeing clinical performance and outcomes reporting, the full-time Senior Clinical Data Analyst will develop data management processes and reporting for decision-making while working remotely from designated states.
Key responsibilities
- Plans, oversees, and evaluates performance improvement reporting activities for assigned facilities
- Compiles, analyzes, and distributes clinical data related to outcomes and resource utilization, providing support to assigned facilities
- Collaborates with various departments to achieve quality and safety goals while assisting in the development and revision of policies for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3 years of quality improvement experience, preferably in a tertiary care setting
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of data analysis techniques, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using Origami or other risk management systems
- Certification in health care quality, patient safety, or related regulatory entity preferred
