Senior Clinical Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Clinical Data Operations Analyst III will validate and troubleshoot clinical data for the PhareOS Implementation team, ensuring data accuracy across HL7, FHIR, and Databricks pipelines while collaborating with engineering and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SQL-based validation of HL7, FHIR, and batch healthcare data across the data pipeline
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, including missing records and incorrect mappings, before they impact clients
• Collaborate with engineering to support and refine data models and mapping logic for PhareOS

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience querying, validating, and analyzing data in SQL
• Hands-on experience with Databricks SQL and notebooks, with familiarity in dbt and Spark SQL preferred
• 3+ years of experience with healthcare clinical data formats, including HL7 and FHIR standards
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes of data issues
