Senior Clinical Data Manager

Job Summary

Leading data management services for multiple complex global projects, the full-time remote Senior Clinical Data Manager will oversee project execution, ensure timely database lock activities, and provide technical expertise while managing resources and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent leadership of data management services throughout the project lifecycle, including start-up, conduct, and close-out phases
• Prepare trial documentation and oversee data cleaning activities while producing metrics to monitor trial progress
• Collaborate with internal departments and represent data management at study meetings, ensuring effective communication and project oversight

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in biomedical sciences, life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data management or a related role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries
• Strong knowledge of data management best practices and technologies as applied to clinical trials
• Proven ability to work independently and oversee projects autonomously
• Understanding of clinical trial processes and protocol documents, including statistical analysis plans and study reports
