Job Summary

Leading data management activities for clinical studies, the full-time Senior Clinical Data Manager will oversee project documentation, system setup, and data validation processes while working remotely from the US or Canada.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all data management deliverables throughout the study lifecycle, ensuring compliance with protocols and quality standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior data management staff, fostering best practices and professional development
• Collaborate with project teams to build timelines, track project progress, and communicate effectively with sponsors and stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• University/college degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management, including at least 2 years in direct sponsor management
• Proven experience with Veeva EDC and a thorough understanding of clinical trial processes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
