Senior Clinical Data Manager

Job Summary

Leading data management activities for clinical studies, the full-time remote Senior Clinical Data Manager will oversee project documentation, system set-up, data entry, and validation processes while mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with client quality expectations and timelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Accountable for all data management deliverables throughout the study lifecycle, providing guidance to study teams and ensuring high-quality outputs
• Collaborate with project managers to establish timelines and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
• Develop and maintain client relationships, implementing process improvements and ensuring satisfaction through regular reviews and feedback

Required qualifications:

• University/college degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of clinical data management experience, including 2 years in sponsor management and 2 years in technical mentoring
• Thorough knowledge of clinical trial processes, data management, and regulatory obligations within the CRO industry
• Proven leadership skills in project strategy and team motivation
• Ability to mentor junior staff and provide subject matter expertise in data management practices
