Senior Clinical Data Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical research organization, the full-time Senior Clinical Data Manager will oversee the entire data management process, interact with clients and suppliers, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while working remotely from any location in Mexico.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the data management process from study set-up to close-out, serving as the primary contact for study-specific issues
• Provide oversight for data management activities including data validation, query processing, and database lock
• Train and mentor new clinical data managers while creating training exercises and developing study documentation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a scientific or healthcare field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in the data management field, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of EDC systems and clinical operations SOPs
• Strong understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and FDA regulations
• Experience in preparing study tracking and metric reports
