Senior Clinical Data Scientist

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Clinical Data Scientist in a full-time hybrid role, the candidate will engage with healthcare systems to understand operational challenges and develop innovative solutions, including dashboards and analytical applications, to enhance clinical and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare systems to identify operational workflows and quality improvement opportunities
• Design and develop minimum viable solutions and interactive dashboards using various technologies
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to validate and productize solutions based on customer feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, health informatics, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, operations, or related areas
• Strong understanding of healthcare performance metrics and operational workflows
• Experience building interactive dashboards and analytical applications using relevant technologies
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive initiatives from problem identification through solution delivery
