Senior Clinical Database Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical research team, the full-time Senior Clinical Database Designer II will design and modify clinical databases for studies, perform quality control reviews, and mentor new designers while working remotely from Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Design clinical databases and Case Report Forms (CRFs) based on requirement specifications in various electronic data capture (EDC) systems
• Perform post go-live database modifications and conduct unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Mentor new Database Designers and assist with the development of procedural documents and best practices

Required qualifications

• B.Sc. in Biological Sciences or Computer Science
• Five years of related experience in clinical database design
• Two to three years of experience developing databases using Inform, DFdiscover, Clinical One, and/or Medidata Rave
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills in team environments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
