Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee investigator site management and clinical monitoring activities throughout study phases
• Ensure compliance with study plans, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines while providing training to clinical monitoring teams
• Collaborate with project management and cross-functional teams to optimize site performance and maintain effective communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education, training, and experience considered
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Clinical Lead or Clinical Trial Management, with global experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for report preparation
• Experience with eTMF, CTMS, EDC, DCT, and systems supporting clinical trials
• Extensive knowledge of SOPs, ICH Guidelines, and GCPs related to clinical trials
