Senior Clinical Letter Analyst
Job Summary
To support enterprise letter generation, the remote Senior Clinical Letter Maintenance Analyst will develop and maintain letter templates, ensure consistency across the library, and leverage automation to streamline processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Understand and implement standardized processes for managing letter template requests
- Collaborate with business partners and other administrators on template design and development
- Analyze inventory and identify opportunities to streamline or decommission templates
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of business analysis experience, including requirement gathering
- 2+ years of experience with the Client Letter (ELGS) platform
- Intermediate or higher proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Basic understanding of Agile processes
- Availability to work after hours and weekends for migrations and deployments
