Senior Clinical Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support the scaling of a value-based oncology care delivery model, the remote Senior Clinical Operations Associate will manage operational priorities, enhance care delivery workflows, and facilitate cross-functional initiatives while collaborating closely with the VP of Clinical Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate enterprise operating design into repeatable execution across clinical operations, product, and market teams
• Identify and address operational problems proactively to improve performance visibility and workflow reliability
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and support project management to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, consulting, or analytics
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with operational and performance data
• Experience managing projects or cross-functional initiatives is preferred
• Startup or value-based care experience is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively across clinical, operational, and technical teams
