Senior Clinical Operations Associate

Job Summary

A healthtech company is looking for a Senior Clinical Operations Associate to help scale their Psychiatry business and improve provider and patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new clinical processes and transform technical systems to support business growth
• Work cross-functionally to build a world-class provider and patient experience
• Optimize processes and ensure scalability

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting or an operations role
• Analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency in GSuite and experience with Zendesk and Salesforce
• Experience working cross-functionally and in healthcare
• Preference for familiarity with EHR systems and high-growth startup or behavioral health experience
