Senior Clinical Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Clinical Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance of regional CRAs and investigator sites with study protocols and regulations
• Conduct training and mentoring for CRAs on study procedures and guidelines
• Develop study tools and materials, and implement enrollment and recruitment strategies

Required Qualifications

• College diploma/degree with 7-9 years of related experience, or an undergraduate degree with 4-6 years of experience
• Preferred background in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or Nursing, with relevant certifications
• Minimum of 3 years CRA experience and proficiency with EDC systems
• Demonstrated knowledge of GCPs and local regulations related to clinical monitoring
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
