Senior Clinical Operations Lead

Job Summary

Providing oversight for clinical operations on a full-time remote basis, the Senior Clinical Operations Lead will manage project deliverables, supervise Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), and ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee regional CRAs to ensure compliance with study protocols and timelines
• Conduct training and mentoring for CRAs on study procedures and provide operational support throughout projects
• Develop and implement enrollment and recruitment strategies, as well as study tools and documentation

Required qualifications

• College diploma/degree with 7-9 years of related experience, or an undergraduate degree with 4-6 years of experience
• Preferred background in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or Nursing; SoCRA and/or ACRP Certification is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years CRA experience with strong knowledge of EDC systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and demonstrated ability in report writing and understanding clinical research documents
