Job Summary

Leading contractor workflow oversight and quality assurance, the full-time Senior Clinical Operations Manager will manage clinical content operations remotely, ensuring alignment with editorial standards and driving process improvements across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own contractor resource strategy, including capacity planning, scheduling, and communications to meet business needs
• Lead and develop the clinical operations team, setting goals and performance expectations while providing oversight aligned with strategic priorities
• Establish and govern processes for workflow improvement, documentation, and quality assurance to maintain editorial standards

Required Qualifications

• PharmD, BS Nursing, or related healthcare degree with 5+ years of patient care or operations experience
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership and project management experience in a dynamic operational environment
• Working knowledge of clinical decision support systems applied at the point of care
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain repeatable processes and documentation for scalable operations
• Strong understanding of editorial governance and content integrity standards
