Senior Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the governance and continuous improvement of Clinical Operations processes, the full-time Senior Clinical Operations Manager will develop and manage SOPs and related documentation while ensuring compliance and scalability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the Clinical Process Owner, ensuring effective governance and alignment of Clinical Operations processes across regions and functions
• Lead the development, harmonization, and maintenance of Clinical Operations SOPs, work instructions, and related documentation
• Identify and resolve process gaps and complexities, translating regulatory requirements and stakeholder feedback into effective process solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, clinical research, business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 5+ years of progressive clinical research or clinical operations experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional process improvement initiatives from assessment through implementation
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations, regulatory expectations, and quality standards
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in a matrix organization
