Senior Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the governance and continuous improvement of Clinical Operations processes, the remote Senior Clinical Operations Manager will develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and tools while ensuring compliance and scalability across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Clinical Process Owner, ensuring effective governance and alignment of Clinical Operations processes
• Lead the development, harmonization, and implementation of Clinical Operations documentation and tools
• Act as a senior Clinical Operations SME for audits, inspections, and strategic initiatives, providing expertise and support as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, clinical research, business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 5+ years of progressive clinical research or clinical operations experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations, ICH-GCP, and regulatory expectations
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in a matrix organization
