Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Program Consultant, Value Creation, Genomics and Lab - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and support the development of infrastructure and processes for genomic and laboratory testing programs
• Manage claims analysis and resolution facilitation, identifying root causes and leading timely solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and implement process improvements for operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in clinical program management, utilization management, or healthcare operations
• 3+ years of claims systems experience
• Expertise in genetic and molecular testing, including CPT codes and claims adjudication
• Intimate understanding of claims platforms and advanced data analysis proficiency
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
