Senior Clinical Program Manager (RN)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Program and Strategy Manager (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of strategic clinical program plans
• Oversee complete program lifecycle from strategy to execution and ongoing optimization
• Manage the collection, validation, and analysis of clinical data to inform outcomes and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Active compact/multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 7+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2+ years in Virtual Care Management or Transitions of Care services
• CCM Certification required
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines and regulations related to chronic care management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels
