Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Recruiter (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment for clinical positions, including CRNAs and anesthesiologists
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Promote the company's brand and represent it at industry events to attract candidates

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in clinical recruitment/healthcare
• Experience recruiting for anesthesia-related roles is preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare-specific regulations and compliance
• Expertise in sourcing and evaluating clinical candidates
