Senior Clinical Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Clinical Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to manage the recruitment process for clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the hiring process
• Source proactively through various channels and build candidate pipelines across multiple clinical disciplines
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and refine recruiting strategies

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Experience hiring clinicians or healthcare professionals (SLP, LCSW, OT, School psychologist preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar recruiting software
• Proven success managing high-volume requisitions in a metrics-driven environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities
