Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and build partnerships with senior leadership to identify talent needs
- Proactively source candidates and maintain relationships with hiring managers to align on recruitment strategies
- Lead and mentor other recruiters while driving continuous improvement through recruitment analytics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Experience with Workday ATS & Phenom CRM is strongly preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
- A passion for pets and people, with bonus experience in the veterinary or healthcare field
