Job Summary

Senior Clinical Research Manager oversees clinical monitoring activities and the CRA team's performance in a full-time role, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards across clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CRA team performance and resource allocation to meet study deliverables
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and support site audits and inspections
• Provide mentorship to junior Clinical Research Managers and lead strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare discipline; advanced degrees preferred
• Minimum 7 years of industry experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO field
• At least 4 years of people or project management experience in clinical research
• Thorough understanding of drug development processes and ICH GCP standards
• Experience in Oncology is highly recommended
