Senior Clinical Research Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing clinical monitoring activities and managing the CRA team's performance, the full-time Senior Clinical Research Manager will ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulations while promoting a positive team culture in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CRA resource allocation and performance assessments to meet study deliverables
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and resolve monitoring quality issues
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior Clinical Research Managers to foster professional growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare discipline; advanced degrees preferred
• Minimum 7 years of industry experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO field
• At least 4 years of people management or project management experience in clinical research
• Thorough understanding of the drug development process, including ICH GCP standards
• Experience in Oncology is highly recommended
