Job Summary

To support the growth of healthcare education programs, the full-time Senior Clinical Specialist will manage clinical placement partnerships, coordinate affiliation agreements, and ensure compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Secure and expand clinical placement partnerships with healthcare organizations to support student training in nursing and allied health disciplines
• Coordinate the end-to-end affiliation agreement process between academic partners and clinical institutions, ensuring timely execution
• Maintain organized records of agreements and partnership documentation to facilitate successful clinical placements

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical education, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience managing complex coordination efforts with multiple stakeholders
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage executive-level healthcare stakeholders
• Experience managing contracts or affiliation agreements
