Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Supplies Manager to oversee the planning, management, and distribution of clinical supplies for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end clinical supply chain, including forecasting, procurement, distribution, and inventory management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop supply strategies that align with study timelines and regulatory requirements
• Oversee supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality materials and services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Advanced degree in supply chain management, life sciences, or business administration
• Extensive experience in clinical supply management or logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to clinical supplies, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Ability to manage complex supply chains across multiple studies
• Strong stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
