Senior Clinical Supply Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing all aspects of clinical supply planning and logistics, the full-time Senior Clinical Supply Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clinical supply plans and ensure timely distribution of clinical trial materials in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in Clinical Study Teams to document study assumptions and develop clinical supply and inventory plans
• Manage the Clinical Labeling/Packaging CMO and oversee drug shipment requests to depots and sites
• Identify and communicate clinical drug supply risks to stakeholders and manage the review of clinical supply documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a relevant discipline
• 7+ years of experience in Clinical Supply Chain Management with a strong background in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology fields
• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management
• 3+ years of knowledge of Interactive Response Systems for inventory management
• Strong understanding of FDA and EMA regulations, cGMP, and ICH guidelines
