Job Summary

Taking ownership of scientific operations deliverables, the Senior Clinical Systems Specialist will manage the implementation and optimization of clinical systems and technologies for efficient trial execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of clinical systems for trial execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system needs and improvement opportunities
• Manage third-party IRT vendors and write UAT test plans and scripts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
• Significant experience in managing and optimizing clinical systems with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes
• Strong leadership and project management skills with a proven ability to guide teams
• Expertise in data analysis and system integration, with proficiency in relevant software
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
