Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and perform strategic Physician, clinical provider, and other senior level recruiting
  • Develop and ensure implementation of high-quality recruitment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes while maintaining comprehensive talent pipelines
  • Coordinate with the Credentialing Team regarding the onboarding of new hires to ensure open and efficient onboarding
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field is required
  • 5+ years of prior experience recruiting experience required
  • Physician and other clinical recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Senior and Executive level recruiting experience preferred
  • Fluency with technology and the ability to learn new systems while transitioning between technologies easily, and ensuring data accuracy
