Senior Clinical Trial Associate

Job Summary

Supporting clinical trial excellence in a remote contract role, the Senior Clinical Trial Associate will manage the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials while ensuring the maintenance of an inspection-ready Trial Master File (TMF).

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinates and tracks the distribution and retrieval of clinical documents and trial supplies
• Maintains the Trial Master File (TMF) in compliance with ICH-GCP and company SOPs
• Assists in the preparation of study-related documents and supports various administrative tasks for clinical trials

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a healthcare-related field
• 4+ years of experience in a clinical research-related position
• Experience with Trial Master File (TMF) management
• Proven ability to coordinate contract execution and Purchase Order (PO) generation
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
