Senior Clinical Trial Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Director, Clinical Trial Leader, to support their Experimental Medicine team in clinical trial execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned clinical trials, ensuring alignment among team members
• Manage trial conduct, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and monitoring patient recruitment and data integrity
• Coordinate trial closeout activities, including data cleaning, archiving, and support for publication of trial results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related area with 12+ years of clinical research experience, or a Master's/PharmD with 10+ years, or a PhD/MD with 7+ years
• Demonstrated scientific and therapeutic knowledge in clinical trial planning and execution
• Experience in managing complex clinical trial projects within a cross-functional team environment
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver value to patients through innovative solutions
