Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Clinical Trial Manager to lead the operational delivery of cell therapy clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operational execution of assigned cell therapy trials from startup to close-out
• Develop and manage study timelines, budgets, and operational metrics
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards and foster effective communication across study teams

Required Qualifications

• B.S. degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical operations managing clinical trials
• Strong clinical study conduct experience from start-up through close-out
• Established experience in Cell Therapy/CAR T studies
• Working knowledge of relevant GCPs and FDA/EMA regulations
• Experience in a small/mid biotechnology environment
