Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

To streamline communication across cross-functional stakeholders throughout trial lifecycles, the full-time remote Senior Clinical Trial Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for trial sites, manage site operations, and ensure compliance with recruitment targets and quality data management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary company contact for assigned trial sites, facilitating communication and issue resolution
• Ensure local teams meet recruitment targets and maintain high-quality data through effective planning and management
• Drive study compliance and inspection readiness by maintaining accurate trial management systems and documentation

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a health or science-related field
• 3-5+ years of end-to-end trial management experience, with a focus on hematology oncology
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable local regulations
• Proficient in relevant software and systems used in clinical trials
• Ability to communicate effectively in both the local language and English
