Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

To streamline communication across cross-functional stakeholders throughout trial lifecycles, the full-time remote Senior Clinical Trial Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned trial sites, manage site selection and recruitment strategies, and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements while maintaining high-quality data and budget management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary company contact for assigned trial sites, facilitating communication and issue resolution
• Oversee site selection and recruitment strategies, ensuring targets are met with quality data and within budget
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and ensure trial subject safety by managing essential documents and reporting timelines

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a health or science-related field
• 3-5+ years of end-to-end trial management experience, with a focus on Solid Tumor Oncology
• Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP, local laws, and regulations
• Proficient in IT skills related to trial management systems and software
• Fluency in the local language and English, with strong written and oral communication skills
