Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

To streamline communication across cross-functional stakeholders throughout trial lifecycles, the full-time remote Senior Clinical Trial Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for trial sites, ensuring compliance with study protocols, managing site relationships, and overseeing recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate communication and issue resolution between trial sites and internal teams
• Manage site selection and recruitment strategies, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets
• Oversee trial management systems and ensure data quality and inspection readiness

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a health or science-related field
• 3-5+ years of end-to-end trial management experience
• Experience in Hematology Oncology required
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulatory requirements
• Proficient in English and the country language, with good written and oral communication skills
