Senior Clinical Trial Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the planning and execution of clinical studies, the contract Senior Clinical Trial Specialist will manage day-to-day operations for assigned trials while ensuring compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory guidelines, working remotely from Boston.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to the Clinical Trial Manager and study team for the management of clinical trials
• Coordinate and document internal and external meetings, managing logistics and preparing necessary materials
• Track key site metrics and maintain study-level tracking tools for various clinical trial components

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required
• Experience in clinical trial operations within a biotechnology or pharmaceutical organization
• Familiarity with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
• Experience with Trial Master File (TMF) management and clinical documentation review is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing multiple tasks effectively
