Senior Clinical Trials Associate
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Senior Clinical Trials Associate to join the Clinical Operations team in a full-time remote position, where the successful candidate will manage the planning, implementation, and completion of clinical studies while interacting with study sites, vendors, and sponsors.
Key responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) and assist with Quality Assurance (QA) reviews
- Obtain, review, process, and track study-related documents while developing and maintaining study trackers
- Participate in sponsor audit activities and manage investigational product supplies for study centers
Required qualifications:
- RN, Bachelor's or advanced degree in biological sciences or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of prior experience as a Clinical Trial Associate preferred
- Advanced understanding and proficiency in Clinical Trial Associate tasks
- Experience setting up and maintaining electronic Trial Master Files (eTMF)
- Strong competency in Microsoft Word and Excel
