Senior Clinician Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinician Scheduler in the United States (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtaining clinician availability and preparing hospital schedules for multiple service lines and hospitals
• Filling open shifts and emergency openings as they arise
• Negotiating with clinicians to fill shifts on an emergency basis while minimizing increased compensation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required
• 3-4 years of experience in Clinician scheduling
• Proven ability in cultivating relationships and delivering high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in scheduling and managing large complex workloads
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
