Senior Closer

Job Summary

Managing the closing process for home equity investment transactions, the full-time Senior Closer will ensure accurate document preparation, provide homeowner support during closings, and collaborate with production teammates and third-party vendors in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of closing documents for home equity transactions
• Act as a primary contact for homeowners, addressing inquiries and providing updates throughout the closing process
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agents to ensure a smooth and timely closing experience

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of operations experience in Financial Services, Real Estate, or Mortgage
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage regulatory requirements and compliance standards (TRID, TILA, RESPA, REG Z) preferred
• Ability to work 8am - 5pm PST
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service to homeowners
