Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the closing team, ensuring efficiency and consistency in closing procedures
• Oversee all closing transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements and acting as an escalation point for complex issues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and provide regular performance reporting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in title/closing operations within a title company
• Direct experience managing REO closings in a title company environment
• Prior leadership experience managing closing teams
• Strong knowledge of title insurance, escrow processes, and closing documentation
• Proficiency in title and closing software systems
